As India's biggest player in the field of employability assessment, Aspiring Minds had initiated National Employability Conclave in 2012 to provide a single platform for employers and talent custodians to spur new thoughts and best practices in tailor-making the training and placement programs to nurture fresh talent towards greater employability.
Encouraged by the resounding success in its very first year of NEC, Aspiring Minds hosted National Employability Conclave 2013-14 in Hyderabad, Lucknow, Chennai and Pune. Continuing with the vision of Nurturing Fresh Talent towards Greater Employability, the flavor for NEC 2013-14 was "Technology Enabled Innovations".
With an aim to provide a single platform, hosting a rich interface between the opportunity providers and the talent custodians - the Employability Conclave offered an opportunity to TPOs and HRs to spur new thoughts and best practices in tailor-making the training and placement programs to nurture fresh talent towards greater employability. This year's NECs were attended by HR industry veterans from leading companies like Virtusa, Cognizant, Idea Cellular, Knowlarity Communications, Wipro, Citicorp Services, Thermax, Cummins India, Fino Pay Tech, Geometrics etc. The panel members and TPO community discussed on how to shape talent pool as per employer's requirements and bridge the gap between increasing demand and limited supply of right employees. More than 400 Head of Training and Placement Cells, principals, directors and professors of premier institutes across India participated in these conclaves.
